Part of Lean Manufacturing Initiative  at L&W is to maintain a safe and productive floor layout. We arrange our equipment, tooling and supplies in the way to maximize the production output while maintaining the quality and protecting the well being of our employees. Buildings are 100% climate controlled and the equipment utilizes air mist filtration aiding in providing the best possible work condition for our team. We participate in recycling programs for metals as well as paper and plastic.
